- 5. 26-000913 - Site Plan, Shoreland Zone - Riverwalk North - City of Westbrook: The proposed project includes an 8-foot wide riverwalk extending from Bridge Street to Garfield Street. The riverwalk will consist of a multimodal path with at-grade paved sections and elevated boardwalk segments in areas where existing site constraints limit at-grade construction.
