Review Draft of the Main Branch Library (482 Broadway) Summary of Significance to be submitted with the nomination to City's Inventory of Archaeological and Historical Resources.• At the Sept. 14th HPC Meeting the Committee voted (4-0-1) to nominate the Main Branch Library at 482 Broadway to City's Inventory of Archaeological and Historical Resources. The City Manager has placed the request on the November 12th Workshop. The committee will review a draft summary of significance that will be submitted with the Evaluation Form to the City Council for Review of the item.
