- 2. Approval of minutesThe committee will review the attached draft minutes for approval.
- 3. ElectionsThe committee will vote to appoint the three Committee positions for the January 2027 to December 2027 term: Chair Vice-chair Secretary

- 5. Youth Representative SeatThe Committee will discuss the vacant seat and plans for finding a representative.
- B. Committee BusinessA public comment period will be provided prior to committee discussion to address this agenda item and is limited to 3 minutes per person. The Committee will review the proposed 2-year work plan to make a recommendation to City Council on implementation schedule. In addition, the Committee will discuss committee meeting frequency and timing.
