Discuss Vulnerability assessment: ACTT is scheduled to present the vulnerability assessment synthesis and resulting recommended resilience strategies at this meeting, update the committee on how this will be integrated with the comp planning process, and present and discuss next steps for the scope of work, including moving on to Tasks 2 and 3 which focus on revisiting the current climate action plan to provide focused next steps and updating the plan.

The first tab contains a longer synthesis (as a reminder, the full assessment is 92 pages). This longer version is appropriate for town staff and committees. The second tab is a shorter synthesis, which is more approachable for anyone wanting to know the contents of the assessment. The third tab contains the initial list of recommended resilience strategies requested by the Musson Group. The fourth tab holds a link to a slide deck for presenting the vulnerability assessment results. No Meeting Wednesday November 25 or December 30 due to the Thanksgiving
