LOCATION: 8 Tennis Club Road, Northeast Harbor TAX MAP: 027 LOT: 032 ZONE(S): Village Residential One (VR1) PURPOSE: Section 3.4 - Commercial Outdoor Recreational Facilities. Remove one Tennis Court and construct a 60’ X 30’ terrace and lawn area within the footprint. Add two new tennis courts. Relocate existing driveway entrance from Millbrook Road to Tennis Club Road. Improve the existing parking area. Provide bike access along Tennis Club Road. Adding maintenance path along southern edge of the tennis courts; and adding vegetation and landscaping in select areas.
