Members of the public are welcome to attend the site walk, however all attendees must adhere to the following procedures while in attendance: Site Walk procedures: The Planning Board Chair will lead the site walk. Discussion between the applicant/applicant’s representative and the Planning Board will focus on the physical characteristics of the site and on the location of the proposed project. Substantive comments in support or opposition of the proposed project will be reserved for the next public meeting of the Planning Board.
