Correspondence & Announcements: On or about October 29, 2026, Brookfield White Pine Hydro LLC (BWPH), is intending to file a permit application with the Maine Department of Environmental Protection pursuant to the provisions of the Maine Waterway Development and Conservation Act (MWDCA) and a Water Quality Certificat ion pursuant to the MWDCA and the Federal Clean Water Act, Section 401. As part of the application process, Brookfield must mail a copy of the Notice of Intent to File and a duplicate of the entire application to the Municipal Office where the project is located. An electronic copy of the application will be available for viewing on our website or by contacting the Town Clerk or Bennet Flinner, Office
