- NOTE: No public comment will be taken on individual applications at the meeting unless the Board schedules a formal public hearing with required notice posted. Comments on applications can be submitted in writing to the Town Planner and will be forwarded to the Planning Board and the applicants. The meeting will end at 8:30 pm unless the Board votes to take up new items that have not been reached. Applicants may request to be tabled at any point in the meeting by passing a note to the Town Planner.
