- 26-107 Enter Executive Session pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A Subsection 405(6)(C) to discuss two separate land acquisitions.
- • NEW BUSINESS
- 26-108 Authorize the County Manager or his designee to sign the appropriate documentation for the purchase of _________________________, in __________, Maine in the amount of $_______________ through the use of Federal ARPA funding. This motion will be made when the Commissioners vote to exit the executive session.
- 26-109 Authorize the County Manager to amend the contract with CFG Health Systems L.L.C. for jail medical services to increase RN pay to $50/hour and adjust the annual budget for all cost categories, including the management fee, by 1.9%.
- 26-110 Authorize the County Manager to sign a three-year contract for General Assistance administration between the County and the Town of Sebago.
