The Cape Elizabeth Town Council has referred to the Planning Board Housing Amendments to update the Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances with state mandatory land use law changes, and also including companion 2019 Comprehensive Plan Amendments, Sec. 19-10-3, Amendments schedule public hearing.
