- VIII. CONSENT AGENDA-A single vote has been scheduled to approve the following routine items of business without discussion, unless individual agenda item action is requested by a Councilor:
- A. Order 3, authorize application for and acceptance of Byrne State Crisis Intervention Program grant.
- B. Order 4, approve use of downtown streets for annual Bed Races hosted by the Chamber of Commerce.
- C. Order 5, authorize the Town Manager to execute a memorandum of understanding with Downeast Transportation, Inc. for public transit services.
- D. Order 6, authorize the Town Manager to execute a memorandum of understanding with the MDI YMCA for community services.
- IX. RESOLVES AND ORDERS
- A. Resolve 1, recognize Scotty Hopkins’ contributions to the Town of Bar Harbor. Bar Harbor Town Council October 20, 2026 Page 2
- B. Resolve 2, authorize the Town Manager to pursue legislative support for revenues to address tourism-related municipal expenses.
- C. Order 7, authorize and approve revised design and project budget for Glen Mary Pool.
- D. Treasurer’s Warrants-Request of Treasurer to authorize paid bills.
