Speakers labeled via automated voice-based diarization + AI name-matching against the city's official roster. Automated transcription can still mis-hear a name during fast speech (e.g. a rapid roll-call vote) -- clear near-misses are auto-corrected, but this is not manually verified line-by-line. [8:15] Speaker C (unidentified): Manner Chair weekly on page. Okay, I had a tour of the Limerick Fire Station on Tuesday. I wanted to see the station for myself and ask questions as a member of the Facilities Needs Committee. Jake Smith will update us on what items are sold and how much money came into the town. Tomorrow is the deadline for the vendors to submit RFPs for the rooftop solar array. Most of my time this week has been spent working on the 2027 budget, and next week I will be announcing the Employee of the Quarter
Unfinished Business
[8:51] Select Board Chair: for the third quarter. Excellent. Okay, old business that wasn't here, so guys really had no. Okay, new business. We got to do the drawing for the gift certificate for two large one topping pizzas. We will have somebody in the audience if you would like to come up to the podium and draw the ticket. Your names in there. Yeah, your name in there. Okay, we'll get it, Mr. Bickford. So I think I'm good. Yep. So you don't recycle. Okay, here we go. Thank you, Tim. Bob Axelson. Is it Bob? I think it's Bob Axelson. So Bob Axelson, you get two large one-topping pizzas for Sleepers. Congratulations. This is for the recycling. This is for the, sorry, this is for the recycling at the at the transfer station. So once again you get your, you don't go down, you recycle, make sure you ask for a ticket, you get in the drawing. This coming month is another Soccer River Martial Arts. I believe it's a four pack gift certificate for up to four individuals, I think in the in the family. So, yeah, it was great. Thank you, Bonnie. Yes, thank you, Bonnie, again.
[10:34] Speaker C (unidentified): I'm not sure if it's a limit, Jason.
[10:36] Speaker B (unidentified): I appreciate that you're trying to say that. I think it's for a family. A family, sorry.
New Business
[10:40] Select Board Chair: I say for, yeah, a family. Or an individual, if you prefer. And we thank Soccer River Martial Arts again because this is their second donation. So thank you very much. Yeah. That was new business. Business. Any new business? No. Okay, then we move into public comment. Anybody? No. Well, the fire station, what's that? The fire station's here. Oh, here, right now. Yeah. So, okay, let me back up a little. So as you can see, our fire station floor is under redevelopment. It was passed at town meeting to have it resurfaced. That's happened this week. They've been in all week, they ground the floor. I got, I stopped in each night just to see how they were doing. So it's been all ground down and it's been now surfaced so they're done with it looks very nice yes it's well it's got some red and blue and stuff sparkle stuff in it 's pretty neat but we can't beat it sparkly but we can't be on it until sunday so there, the duty crews are out here until Sunday, and then we will put it all back together and be back to somewhat of a normal. So, but thank the company for that. And that's why it's been at disarray here. So, [Speaker B (unidentified): yeah, nothing.] Okay. Public comment again? No. Is that the truck bay and the office as well? Yeah, it's basically from this hallway out. Yep. Yep.
[12:16] Speaker B (unidentified): The truck bay, the day room, and then the hallway room did not include the offices or the bathroom.
[12:24] Select Board Chair: Bathroom was redone with tile. Tile, yeah.
[12:27] Speaker B (unidentified): By an employee. Okay.
[12:30] Select Board Chair: Then if that's the case, then I guess we're all into notifications.
[12:36] Speaker B (unidentified): So everything's down at Public Works.
[12:38] Select Board Chair: Yes. Engines are sitting down there. The rescues are indoors down at Public Works. So you'll be happy to be glad to be back to normal without fire trucks in their station. Okay, back on notifications. Town needs new members for the financial advisory committee. If you're interested, contact the town manager. Select board office hours will remain on Thursdays from four to eight p.m. with the air on air meetings at seven p.m. for the foreseeable future. A friendly reminder to our residents that building waste, furniture, mattresses, TVs, tires, and electronics should not be left at the curbside. We have transfer station for those items. Residents who recycle at the transfer station can have their name entered into the monthly raffle. Don't forget to ask for the little red raffle ticket when you do recycle. This month's prize was just given away of the pizza and this current month. Last month's prize, this current month is the soccer river martial arts for an individual or family. General assistance applications are available at the town's office during normal business hours. Applications must be filled out and accompanied with supporting documentation and must be signed and returned to the GA administrator or town clerk. And the planning board meets at the municipal complex the first and third Mondays of the month at 7 p.m. And that is it. I'll
[14:30] Speaker B (unidentified): make a motion to adjourn.
[14:32] Select Board Chair: When we have a motion, I will second that motion. All in favor? We are adjourned at 7.14. That was a quick one. Thank you. Rick?
