[0:43] Carollynn Lear: possible I know we did move some things around so yeah this is a lease agreement request third amendment to the lease for 39th Florida avenue Hannaford rents some space over there and they're going to reduce the amount of lease space that they're doing and we're also using this amendment meant to do an inflationary increase of three percent so the proposed overall rent will be 1962.79 a month but they're renting less than what they were before any questions or comments for staff just a quick question the square footage lease rate for kitchens as the same as for office space I assume so yeah for this particular I mean for this particular lease well it just seems strange because it's you have equipment in the kitchen area or not in the regular office space who's furnishing you Hannaford that's Hannaford's equipment in there is it yeah okay it doesn't say here so I couldn't help yeah because they do prep work in there counselor Fish did you have a question yes did i see that this was let me say it was for one year right for one year and it's just such an unusually short term i wanted to buy just one year i'm not sure they just asked for a one year on this i don't know if they're evaluating all their different space around the state.
