[1:07] Speaker A (unidentified): I heard he was going to be here because he wanted to discuss the meeting time for our number. So that's where I left that.
[1:27] Speaker B (unidentified): Is this person supposed to be? Yes. Are you ready? We'll get started and whoever. Okay. How can you hear us? Hopefully you can. I don't know how all of this works. All right. Let's get started. Happy April. It doesn't really feel like it's pregnant, but I think we're slowly getting there. We have meeting minutes from the March meeting. Anybody have any questions on those? No questions? Then I would like to request a motion to approve for a few minutes and everybody in favor all right how do you want to verbally vote if you could oh yep yeah all right that means you can hear it too that's great okay we have the January minutes that are still in progress yeah I'm sorry I don't know I'm done your minutes all good I just don't want to no I won't forget no that's fine we'll do those we're happy that we promoted her through over to the code office that she's doing oh wow over there Yeah no it's great for us that's great yeah great for her yeah definitely yeah all right let's see what else do I have to report I can mention and I don't have to read through this because everybody has it in the email but I do want to call out the I'll just do it now instead of later the grants committee met is anybody in the room who was at that meeting okay I was okay all right great and you all have the email from Jen from yesterday so we are the grants committee will meet again in the next Couple of weeks once we have all the grants in yeah are the is the grant deadline a postmarked postmark
[4:34] Speaker C (unidentified): I think it's two and I'm expecting one more with the correct postmark yeah so then I'll probably
[4:41] Speaker B (unidentified): Today I'll PDF them and just send them out great that sounds great everybody's allowed to look at them but the grants committee will meet and vet make sure they're all actually following rules the grants committee will also think through kind of a recommendation of how to we should distribute the folks we do invite all the applicants to the main meeting so if we have questions if the grants committee has questions we can send them questions ahead of the May meeting and then either they can Answer over email or they can come to the meeting and answer questions. Depending on how many there are, we can give them each a chance to speak, to say a sentence, or we can ask them questions at that meeting. So we don't generally, while the committee can make recommendations for the whole commission, we don't decide until the meeting, until any questions about that grads process. And then you all decided that there wasn't enough time for the main arts commission grant. Just there sometimes these things come up quickly. So I love the idea of collecting the information and kind of getting organized and then being ready to apply for things that come up quickly. So if you all need any support with that, we do have the One Drive. I know Sarah sent that to me, she must have sent it to everybody. I hope I didn't, I have to
[6:17] Speaker C (unidentified): remember my Microsoft password, but yes it is there. Okay, if anybody has trouble
[6:23] Speaker B (unidentified): accessing it, let me know and we can figure it out. But yes, and I also started dropping things in there from the last few years of October stuff, and so that would be a great place to collect. I also, and then you're gonna start looking for grants, which is great, I love that. So if anybody ever has questions, no, I'm here to support. And then right, we do just have to remember that before we can actually apply for a grant, we do have to ask for permission. So if you find a grant that the grants committee thinks we should apply to, make sure you include me in the communication so that we can ask you to ask the city for permission at the right meeting. So the sooner we have that information, the better, because it has to just go through that. That isn't to say that we can't collect information and start building an application once we know about it, but we can't submit anything until we have permission. All right. Other things. This is maybe related. I made myself a separate Gmail email address for the commission after we talked to the, that was the city solicitor who gave us the kind of reminder of all the privacy and the things and all the stuff. I haven't used it that much. I did use it to send out the grants reminder email that you had drafted to all our art, artist list. I don't know that I got, I don't think I have it on this computer yet, but it's saved on the other computer. But if anybody else wants to do that, I can send you kind of what I used. It's, I think it just says Nina CCD Bangor or something like that.
[8:26] Speaker C (unidentified): I'm not sure where to start to make a new one. Like I've made email, I have a different email and Proton that's secured, but like I don't know how to
[8:34] Speaker B (unidentified): start another one in Gmail. I'm just not there. Okay, yeah, I can also send instructions for Gmail. I don't know how to do it in Proton. I'm sure it's similarly easy. You could just kind of make a new account and there are ways to connect it to your existing inboxes if you want. I think it might just be good for best practice keeping separate and that way if everything ends up in one place then it's also easy to find the stuff if there is ever enough any questions about all. Alright. I wonder if I have anything else in my report. I suppose right, reminder that First Fridays are going to start happening again. So tell people and is the first one today?
[9:24] Speaker A (unidentified): No, we're not starting today. The first nicer.
[9:29] Speaker B (unidentified): Hopefully, weather wise. Yeah. But tell your friend, come out on Fridays.
[9:35] Speaker A (unidentified): 6 to 8, and then there's after party. We haven't decided the location yet. Okay, cool.
[9:40] Speaker B (unidentified): And that'll go through, I think, at least into the fall.
[9:44] Speaker A (unidentified): 4 to 6, sorry, I said 6 to 8. 4 to 6 and then the after party. Great. That'll go into, we went until November, so yeah.
[9:52] Speaker B (unidentified): Cool. And if there's ever anything you want to share about stuff that's happening, let's bring it up because this is a public meeting. If we talk about it, then maybe some other people will hear about it too.
[10:05] Speaker A (unidentified): The 18th or sorry the 10th of April I'm playing at an art show at Red Rabbit. Brian Guttel is doing an art show and I'm doing the audio. Yeah so that's on the 10th at Red Rabbit. Yeah
[10:17] Speaker B (unidentified): All right any other happenings in town we should know about in the next few weeks
[10:24] Speaker A (unidentified): I'm playing the 18th at Barlaments but that's like the Gonzo crew those are the Gonzo radio. What time? That? I'll probably go on at like 10.30 that night, it's late, it goes until like late. [Speaker C (unidentified): Starts at 10.30?] No, I don't start, but it starts probably around, like doors will open at 8.30 and the music will start at 9.00, 9.30.
[10:46] Speaker C (unidentified): I quote you better.
[10:49] Speaker A (unidentified): It's Saturday. I usually do too. So I stay up for that. It's fun. It's a lot of fun.
[10:57] Speaker C (unidentified): Yeah we're talking about a 30th night right yeah we're not in Bangor yet great
[11:09] Speaker B (unidentified): Financial reports. Does anybody have questions on the finances that are included? This is now fully up to date. Is that right? Everything that was coming out of Artober has been paid. I believe there's nothing else that's dried on here, at least. So the 1448 and 30 cents are being added to our 8581 grants budget, which puts us at, I think, I think 20 over 10,000. Is that right? Yeah. All right, so about 10,020. We'll get the actual number before we make the grant's decision so that we know for sure how much we can collect. Any questions? Committee reports. We already talked through the grant committee. If the grant committee, you have anything else you want to chat about today
[12:29] Speaker C (unidentified): so for three oh
[12:34] Speaker B (unidentified): and you're expecting one more or three more? One more, I think, is coming in today. Yeah. [Speaker C (unidentified): Yeah, interesting.] That's kind of low considering how much extra outreach I felt like we did this year. Yeah, I thought the same. I was surprised at the number. We usually have like less money for
[12:58] Speaker C (unidentified): the springs in the hall. We tried to really like divide it up so that we had enough money for this. I did have some locals approach me about an art project that they were doing. I don't know, I sent them a link and everything in time, so I'm not sure. Well, I'll find out once it's done. Yeah, they can just know there's something that prevents other people from applying.
[13:25] Speaker B (unidentified): One thing we've talked about that the Grants Committee can revisit as you, after this cycle, we can take a look through the requirements and just clean it all up for the next round well in advance of the next deadlines. One thing we've talked about maybe switching is to being able to submit electronically rather than it needing to be. And I think if we can get, I don't know if that needs to go through city approval, but if we can do that, I think that might make it easier. Right. And I mean, or anybody who's, you know, doing this not as part of their job, like the theater development director can go run to the post office during her work to submit this because that's part of her work, but an individual artist who maybe has a day job can't always just go to the post office while the post office is open. I think if we can submit electronically that's one of the things because you also not everybody has a printer anymore these days, so if you have to drive out to Staples to have it printed to be able to mail it, maybe that's yeah, making some people think they would be able to
[14:44] Speaker C (unidentified): make that simple change for the fall. Yeah, cool, I'm
[14:51] Speaker B (unidentified): Excited to see who applied cultural asset committee yes
[15:00] Speaker D (unidentified): Can you hear me okay yeah oh good as I went to the grant committee meeting and it seemed to me that grant committee and cultural assets are really closely joined that cultural assets is really looking for money so that they can proceed to update the website and do the inventory that needs to be done. So, I guess what I would like from. From oh and I really appreciated what Maria did thank you all the work she did in sort of looking at Grants as a whole and a lot of that was very relevant to us also so I'm not sure how to begin I guess I guess a meeting I guess we need a meeting and sort of look for start a calendar at least and keep in mind that something we might need money for we might need to go through the grant committee or we don't want to step on toes I don't I don't exactly
[16:16] Speaker C (unidentified): Know how it's going to work but it'll work out I did put funds in the proposed downtown town budget to do a cultural asset strategy which would include you know sort of what do we have right now and then you know as a group you would meet with this consultant to talk about strategies over the next decade like what do we want to do what are our priorities you know is it public art is it you know what is it yeah I think cultural asset committee there's
[16:54] Speaker B (unidentified): There's not much we can do actively until we know more about city budget right but it's good to start thinking through what an ideal timeline might be and right where if that money doesn't get approved what other money we might be able to apply for or receive
[17:10] Speaker C (unidentified): Through grants so and I 'd like to join it because I have more time now so if I can help
[17:22] Speaker B (unidentified): I also don't think anybody is stepping on anybody's toes. We are all one commission and the committees are meant to work together and they're meant to support each other's efforts. And it's totally fine for cultural asset committee members to also sit on the grant committee so that you know what's happening and work together on applying for grants. Friends all right cool we're gonna get some things done this year we just still have to wait a little bit longer our tober is sundance he sent out the doodle I don't think there was consensus on a date so given that he's not here today we can follow up over email because
[18:13] Speaker C (unidentified): We are allowed to schedule over email, so I wanted to let him know if I'm the deciding, exciting, I can, I can make it happen whenever because I had just put whatever ones I was available, but if I'm like, if it's a tie and I can be like, I can make it happen. So, oh, that's awesome. I was wondering if we can make a doodle for meeting for the Big Brother committee if we can see if that works for everyone. Yeah, Friday mornings are kind of tough for me just from business perspective if we can meet in the evenings or late afternoons, that would be best.
[18:49] Speaker B (unidentified): Yeah, that actually was on my list to talk about and I missed it in my chair report. Given that I don't think we have anything else on our tober, let's talk about scheduling. Jen had also brought that up to me that the 8 30 in the morning is tough and I had mentioned that a month or two ago also because we have a few new members, it's always good to reconsider, consider. I think one question is this meeting has to happen in this room because it has to be on YouTube, right? So we have to consider room availability, mm-hmm, and we also have to have you though we have consider your availability. Is a doodle the easiest way for people to submit kind of what works for them really consistently? Yeah, I can set that up and we can see about a different time if not for next month then for, yeah, moving forward after that. Yeah, because
[19:46] Speaker C (unidentified): we could do it like, you know, for example, planning board is, you know, second and fourth Tuesday, so, you know, but it starts at seven. There is, I think, another committee that sometimes meets before that on one of those states, so maybe it's another date at five, at five o'clock, you know, like you do have options, like it doesn't have to be seven, it can be at five, we just coordinate it with other things that are happening. Yeah, Monday's really the only blackout date because council
[20:21] Speaker B (unidentified): always meets from five to whenever on Monday, so Tuesdays are kind of a no-go for me and Rosemary. Yeah, but I'm just using them and not to speak for others, but we have a class that we take and so, but let's take a look at kind of what might be available. Yeah, and right, it's one per month. 5 p.m. might be tough for people who work in an office also to get here, so I want to make sure people are considering kind of all the options, but right, I don't want people to have to make excuses. It's easier for me to take time off work for this, but that doesn't mean it's the
[21:02] Speaker C (unidentified): And you can do 5 30, especially yeah, on an off night of historic preservation, because they only meet once a month on the second Thursday. Okay, so if you did like the first Thursday, yeah, you would be able to meet at 5 30 or even six. Yeah, you have to drive home and work all day. I know, but then you have to wait around. This is going to go. I know, but still, I would love to find things for everyone, but I'm sure we can.
[21:34] Speaker B (unidentified): Do it. Yeah, great, yeah, I will connect with you. We can make sure we set a few options, and then I'll set up a doodle, I'll send it around to everybody, and then we can see what works better. I think I'd like to keep the May meeting where it's currently scheduled, because we will invite grant applicants, and I don't know if any of them have already been planning for that time, because that's been our time. Yeah, but after that, okay, yeah, cool, yeah.
[22:21] Speaker C (unidentified): Budget it, the budget schedule has been released, so the cultural commission budget will first get reviewed on April 21st. Okay, and those meetings are starting at 5 15. So is that the week where we would come? Yeah, because I see that initial review they'll be doing, I don't know what order they'll take, but planning also on that night will be on the other divisions that are in my department, so planning, economic development, and code will also be on that night. And then the other notable date is the TIF overview, because as I noted before, I did put money in the TIF, the proposed spending for the strategy, and also to increase your grant program or any other initiative. That you want to take, I kind of left it open so that you can make that decision, so and.
[23:29] Speaker B (unidentified): That will be June 2nd. Can you say the date for the first one again? Is that on April 21st? Okay, it's on that Tuesday night or that week?
[23:40] Speaker C (unidentified): No, just that day. [Speaker B (unidentified): Okay, all right.] And then June 2nd is the other one. And then, you know, it kind of depends on the response, but, so I don't really know, like if the council looks at me and just says, okay, we're good to go, then you wouldn't necessarily, you know, need to come at other meetings,, but just for your scheduling, they'll do a first reading of all the budget appropriation results, which is all of the sort of the changes that were made. So like the TIF might be part of that. And that will be June 8.
[24:27] Speaker B (unidentified): The June 2 is also at 515.
[24:31] Speaker C (unidentified): yeah are we going to these meetings or it's always good to have you know i will definitely
[24:40] Speaker B (unidentified): Go as many as because they will ask questions. Yeah, and last year it got tough. So I would love for anybody who's able to come join me. What usually happens is because you have to sit at the table to speak, I will come sit at the table to answer questions. But if there's more support in the crowd that can be useful, but also right these are a bunch of extra meetings so
[25:08] Speaker C (unidentified): if that's not possible I totally understand. And this is with the city council. Yeah, having them approve review. Yeah, so like all these other dates that I will send a sheet around, when I send out your grant I'll send the sheet around so you have it. But like all the other departments are a different night, and so we got assigned before 21st. Okay that's
[25:39] Speaker B (unidentified): really good. I might have some questions for you as I prepare for that. I want to make sure we walk into it with just as much information as we can, correct, so that I have responses. I'll send some times out to you for like every meeting you can have. Yeah, that would be lovely, thank you. Okay
[26:08] Speaker C (unidentified): yeah great that's good yeah i
[26:14] Speaker B (unidentified): have no other thoughts but we also don't have another meeting before that first. But if you and I can meet, then that would be great.
[26:25] Speaker C (unidentified): Yeah, I'll find some time. Yeah. Can I ask some questions about that? Yes, absolutely. So what are we doing for that meeting?
[26:36] Speaker B (unidentified): On the 21st, the city council meets. It's a budget workshop usually, right? That's what it starts with. and so they same as the grantees are able to come answer questions. Okay it's the same thing. Okay we are allowed to go and answer any questions they have. So last year we had asked for more money for to do a survey to hire at that point we were asking for a student to do a survey of the cultural assets and they had a bunch of questions about what the survey, what currently exists and why we haven't done it and about where that information can be found and who needs to update it and I felt like we got kind of off track a little bit on the questioning, but they can ask any questions. So we're asking for more money for grants, we're asking for an increase in our budget so that we can give more money and they will ask questions about why we're asking for more money. And so some of the things that I want to have prepared is, and I did this last year too, but I will have more information this year, but it's how much money has been requested over the past. Like what's the total of the applications that we've been getting and when's the last time we got an increase? Do you think it's- Never.
[27:59] Speaker C (unidentified): No, I remember when we discussed this before, it's been over 20 years plus, so.
[28:05] Speaker B (unidentified): Yeah. Right. And everything gets more expensive. And so, when people apply for grants for materials for art installations, those things have been getting more expensive, and we have not gotten an increase in funding. There was a small increase at the start of COVID, but it was also partially for Artober, and so it sort of looked like we had gotten an increase in budgeting, but the grants amount has been the same for, I think, since this committee, because their commission has been in existence. Doesn't so there are arguments for why we're asking for more money. It doesn't mean City Council are perfect, because they're weighing all budgets for all things, like everybody always needs more money every year, but so the more prepared we can be, the better. Yeah, so what I'm hearing saying is we're kind of
[29:00] Speaker C (unidentified): applying for a grant just verbally, sort
[29:04] Speaker B (unidentified): of. Yeah, I mean, right, but they can say no to all the things, but generally the question is do we get what we got last year or do we get a little more, and so we're making an argument for them a
[29:17] Speaker C (unidentified): little bit more. Do we know if the state has cut the budget of the city, the same the state or schools, or like any funding, because it trickles down, right? It kind of depends on what program, like we get funds for specific things from the state, like public works gets funds for roads. I mean, it kind of depends. Yeah. So in the cultural aspect, do we know if the city got more money from the state? We don't get money from the state for cultural work. That's all out of the general fund. Yeah, and TIF actually proposed out of the TIF this year.
[29:54] Speaker B (unidentified): And so that's why I think the TIF piece is pretty important, and it's interesting that's gonna be on a separate night, but well, the tip is a separate fund, right, so they do those separately, so they may very well say no to an increase of the general. Okay, because they may approve the tip, and so it's a bit like a massive puzzle. Yeah, you know, and so we're just one little
[30:20] Speaker C (unidentified): piece in it but so what is the general budget do we know where the city is there like are they cutting some budgets from there or increasing any information on that piece i mean i don't know about other departments until you know i haven't had a chance to talk to my fellow department heads to see who else is doing increases but yeah i mean we're asking for you know more funds in other parts of my department yeah okay and what is our increase that we're asking the city for percentage wise the tip it's really more the tip than the operating budget yeah and that's for the 21st the tip is june 2nd june 2nd so what's the meeting on the 21st it's the stamp
[31:08] Speaker B (unidentified): the regular budget and we're asking there for the same money or more that's the same that's the same
[31:15] Speaker C (unidentified): that's the same because we're doing the increase through the tab yeah okay so there was in reality would we have nothing to lose there because yeah the way we've been getting the same money for 20
[31:25] Speaker B (unidentified): years I mean I suppose there could always be a situation where they say because you're asking for TIF money we're cutting your regular budget I guess but like I don't think it's likely I would hope that they wouldn't do that okay I think this piece is a tiny piece of the city budget and I And I think, I'm biased, but I think it's important. And it's important for a city to support cultural things. And so I think we have a strong argument to keep that piece of the budget. And also, I think we have a strong argument for getting some of the TIF funding. I think that's the right way for us to be able to do more. but right they could say culture is not important everybody's asking for more money you got nothing right technically they could see yeah and we
[32:30] Speaker C (unidentified): have three applicants right for the grants committee so we have that
[32:35] Speaker B (unidentified): evidence absolutely right we have we have always been since I've been on the Commission we have always gotten applications for more than we can afford to give. In the past, that hasn't led to them approving a higher budget for us. Interesting. Right. So there is evidence, but it also, right, it's this massive puzzle where everybody needs more money. And if the argument is, last year, the other people who were talking the same night was the fire department and the police. And if the fire department needs another fire truck but we want more cultural grant money then council has you know thoughts about the importance and all of that is fair and like different opinions are different yeah and they separated it out this year it's
[33:30] Speaker C (unidentified): a little bit more elongated where, you know, each of the nights of their budget
[33:36] Speaker B (unidentified): workshop is a different. Yeah, I think that makes sense. Yeah, like I think actually there were pieces work together more. Yeah, that's right. Maybe on the
[33:47] Speaker C (unidentified): grants committee we have to look forward. In my home the state there
[33:54] Speaker B (unidentified): must be some connection there. We can try, we can certainly look into all the options. I
[34:00] Speaker C (unidentified): I don't know. It would be like a grant program that the state may run. Yeah.
[34:07] Speaker B (unidentified): And we're always looking for those. We still have to, the grant still has to apply through the city. Oh yeah, of course. Yeah, if anybody finds anything that is relevant that maybe we would qualify for, I think it's all worth considering at this point. And I think the more we look for outside funding also the better the argument for the city to keep supporting the work that we do. It shows that we put effort in outside of what they approve and we're not just sitting here saying okay well they gave us this much money this is what we can give away, right, like we're, we're actively trying to supplement the city budget with outside funding sources and trying to be able to do more with what we're given.
[34:56] Speaker A (unidentified): Many years without an increase is outrageous.
[35:00] Speaker C (unidentified): Maybe it's because it's that kind of results thing. Like if we show results, I'm sure that the city will be able to do more. Or at least we can have a stronger argument.
[35:12] Speaker B (unidentified): Yeah, I mean, that was part of what I presented last year, too, is how many people we support with the work that we do and how many attendees. It's tough to kind of collect that information of who benefits from the grant money that we give, but if anybody has ideas for how to present that we, when we meet, do past grantees give a final report
[35:45] Speaker C (unidentified): right, submit a final report. Yes, and I have been receiving those. I can put
[35:50] Speaker B (unidentified): those on your next agenda. Okay, I would love to see that, to see if there's any sort of like information about attendees at some of the events that we've
[36:01] Speaker C (unidentified): Supported with our grant money. I know a lot of them say that, you know, one of the reasons for getting the grants is so that they can keep ticket costs down so that more of the general public can come, not just the people who can, you know, certain people who can afford it, everybody can afford it coming. That's like I've read that in quite a few of the grants that we've given out. Yeah, that's something that we can, you know, this is something for everyone. The other thought I have when you're talking Before I forget it and lose it, the downtown partnership is getting the working with the Main Street group of people. Yeah, I was just wondering if they might be, you know, a resource for us on how to get funding from the state, you know, grants, things like that, also for the state, is through that Main Street program. Yeah, to do maybe some partnership. Yeah,, yeah. It was just a thought. And if you know someone, maybe we can make a connection there.
[36:54] Speaker A (unidentified): So Betsy and Monique are wonderful. Yeah. Yes. I'm the
[36:59] Speaker C (unidentified): liaison to their meetings. Oh, yes. Yeah. So I can I can ask them if I can have a contact person. Perfect. Amazing. And I think they already have done it. And I can put on the next agenda information about the main downtown, you know, program just so, yeah, and I've worked with Betsy in
[37:23] Speaker B (unidentified): the past on this commission also, she with her history with this commission and the city, if we ever need to ask her, invite her to a meeting to talk about some plan, I know she's busy, but she's always willing to come help and share information and work with us. We won't have another meeting till March
[37:45] Speaker C (unidentified): March, it'll be May, but I can email. We do have a meeting with the grass committee on the 15th. Okay, no, I don't know if other people, you guys can come, but yeah, thank you. Here's a question for sitting in front of the city council, can we provide them with like presentation paper stuff or anything, or do we just talk? How does that show? Yeah, it's an, it's, it's sort of an informal thing then when we're sitting here. Sure. Yeah, but do you think it would be helpful to
[38:18] Speaker B (unidentified): you as someone? Yes, you have like, yeah, I have talking points for myself. Last year I didn't bring like a handout of printed numbers, but I can, you could try that [Speaker C (unidentified): Yeah, any] other, well
[38:42] Speaker C (unidentified): I'll come and back you up. I just rather not talk, but if I have to, I can bail you out. I'll be here for moral support if you can show
[38:51] Speaker B (unidentified): Up, I will put on my calendar it's gonna be at 515 or the meeting starts at 515 on the 21st. That doesn't mean that our portion will start at 515. We may sit here for an hour or more and then be asked to come up to the table, so bring a book. Huh, okay.
[39:16] Speaker C (unidentified): Well, she's doing this.
[39:21] Speaker B (unidentified): Any other budgeting thoughts?
[39:36] Speaker C (unidentified): When we do ask, like you said, if things are being cut for other things, like it just brings positive to the community, you know. There's a lot of optics and like it's positive, what we do is positive for the city, you know, and it brings, you know, people happiness, like, and just, I mean, focusing on that even, you know, it may cost this much or this much, but it's like this is something good for our community. There's no doubt about it, like it affects this community positively, and like focusing on that. Yeah, I think my, you know, if
[40:09] Speaker B (unidentified): somebody swayed like oh should we spend the money or not, yeah, I think it also is, it was probably good to remind them not so much about the percentage increase of our budget that we're asking for, but the percentage of our budget compared to the total budget. Because our portion is tiny compared to the city budget. And even a $5,000 increase, which compared to $20,000, $5,000 seems like a big increase, but $5,000 to a city budget is tiny. And I think if I can provide that context better than I did last year, maybe that would be all right. We also have this tip funding that kind of opens up a separate piece of funding that I hope will be useful, but it's on the different date, right? Yes, I mean it's the same people and they know that, and I don't think there's anything like, I don't think it would be bad for me to say in that meaning here's what we're asking for, here's what we've been asking for, it's the same, because I can reference that we have this tiff request, so that they know it's not like they haven't seen the budgets that have been submitted to the head of these meetings, right? This is not going to be the first they're hearing. They will all have received documentation of what everybody is asking for. I'm going to go into this feeling positive. We are positive when everything is happening, lots of information, and we'll feel good, and I will be better prepared than I did last year. All right, that
[41:59] Speaker C (unidentified): was my big update about the budget. All right.
[42:02] Speaker B (unidentified): Cool, yeah, does anybody have anything else? Then I will join the meeting. We finished so early. Thank you guys. Usually the main meeting is
