[0:33] Jennifer Snow: Hello, hi guys, hi. Just
[0:51] Nina Earley: for those who I've not met yet, my name is Kaylee. I'm the new Community and Economic Development Assistant. Ann could not be here tonight, so she sent Matt and I to take some notes and share some updates. But I was wondering if we have a second, if everyone could just briefly maybe introduce themselves, since it's my first time at the commission. Yeah, I think that would be great. I would, I'll go first. I'm Nina, and apologies that I can't be there in person tonight. I am in DC for the day, so fun. I'll be home later tonight. I was home earlier this morning, but I'm the chair of the commission, and I'm excited to meet you, and I think that's all I have. Why don't I throw it to Sunny, and then we'll do the people in the room.
[1:48] Sundance Campbell: You're muted. Hi, Sunny Campbell here, Sundance Campbell. We may have met a few times in City Hall, but nice to meet you in this meeting. I have been on the commission a couple years and chair the October committee
[2:04] Kelly Chenot: and
[2:09] Nina Earley: I'm Jen
[2:20] Jennifer Snow: this is my second year on the commission, and I also chair the grants committee
[2:29] Kelly Chenot: Kelly again, and this one threw me under the bus on vice chair now, and I just started a new notebook because I, my other one lasted the first three years, so yes, I started a brand new fresh one. I didn't, I didn't quite make it three years in December it'll be three, I think, so yeah, that's good. My name is Kelly, for chairs and cultural assets. Well, I appreciate you all doing that, especially
[3:02] Nina Earley: especially names to faces from sending emails back and forth, so I appreciate that. But yeah, I think the first part of our agenda is from, you know, with a report of the chairs. Do we have any meeting minutes from the last meeting? We do not. For transparency's sake, I'll be working on the meeting minutes going forward, but I did not know everyone's name quite yet to have that in the record, so going forward I should be able to have those caught up. Okay, no worries at all, we can just defer that to next month. My report is not a whole lot this month. June kind of flew by. I do think that we have some budget updates, but at the moment, comment, I don't know anything, so if the city has updates, stuff have updates, and love to hear that in the staff update section. I got a smidge of a preview from one question that Ann had about next month's meeting, so we'll get to that when we get to it. I think that's it. I know we don't have everybody here today, but if Anybody does have feedback still on the new meeting times? I know this is a bit of a shift. Let me know if you have thoughts. I know Sarah couldn't make it tonight, but I know there's also others that now can only join every other month, but hopefully with the updated times and the kind of shift we will be able to accommodate almost everybody almost every month. Financial report, yeah. So I can discuss a bit of what Ann was hoping I could pass on to you all, but with recent budget discussion there has been money approved within the downtown tip account which will allow the city to complete an arts and cultural strategy plan. So that's pretty exciting, and Anne is hoping by our August meeting to have an RFQ draft for you all to help review in order to have that strategy plan completed. So prior to then she was just hoping if everyone has a chance to maybe look over some sample arts and culture strategy plans, just to kind of go over the link she included in that meeting packet. We have a work kit for developing a strategic cultural plan, some examples of these that have been done in the city of Charlotte, in the city of Sioux Falls, and then the strategic planning for arts and culture organizations, a roadmap to sustainability and impact. So she just wanted to provide those resources to kind of have a starting point. She's hoping by that August meeting if everyone has a chance to kind of build in some goal setting and visioning while reviewing that drafted RFQ, that would be helpful, just knowing like what the commission's hoping to get out of an arts and cultural strategy plan and how we're hoping to see that benefit the city. So that's kind of the biggest point in relation to financial report, and hopefully more to come on that as well. Great, just for everyone's reference, those links are in on page four of the packet, on the last page. Does anybody have questions about those links or starting to do some planning for our strategy?
[6:44] Kelly Chenot: Should we make an effort to meet before that August meeting to share ideas or wait till then to move forward? Good
[6:58] Nina Earley: question. What is the timeline for the RFQ? Do we have a date of when we're hoping to post it? Unfortunately I don't know offhand, but I definitely can touch base with Anne about that and send a follow-up to you all once I have an answer. Maybe that would help if another meeting would need to be scheduled. Yeah, great, and then Once we know that timeline, then I think we can decide if it makes sense to either meet ahead of the August 7th meeting, or if it makes sense for the cultural asset committee to meet ahead of the meeting and come with a few ideas, so that then we can discuss as a full commission on the seventh. Or right, if we just start with the full commission on the seventh and then we have a follow-up meeting, if we've got a bit more time before the RFQ needs to be posted. Any other questions? No.
[8:01] Kelly Chenot: Questions, but I'm excited about this. It's been a long time coming, so it's.
[8:05] Nina Earley: Good. Yeah, I'm excited too. Question on the budget while we're on that and financials, was any of the other worthy, was the other TIFF increase or TIFF edition approved? That would increase our grant budget. I don't quote me on this, I want to say yes, okay, but I don't want it, I would like to double check before giving you a firm answer on that. Okay. Okay. Cool. No, that's fine. We will just, we don't have to know anything yet. But we do want to make sure that ahead of the next grant cycle that we know what our actual available budget is for the next fiscal year. So if you could follow up, I don't know if that's something that you or Ann could communicate over email with us, or if it has to wait until the next meeting, but.
[9:03] Jennifer Snow: That would be great to know. Yeah, I think it would be helpful to as far as scheduling meeting a meeting for us for looking at grants to apply for as well, yes, and some of that, those special requirements of budgets and whatnot. So if we can get it ahead of the next meeting, that would be great, but if it has to wait until the office meeting, that's just the way it is. Yeah.
[9:33] Nina Earley: I appreciate that. Yeah, I'll touch base with them as soon as I can, see if we can get that over with, obviously. Fantastic. Thanks. Great. Go ahead, Sonny.
[9:45] Sundance Campbell: So with my question, just a question. That budget is for like a fiscal year that begins soon or that begins like a year from now? Today. Okay. Great. And are you waiting for me to go into our October committee now? Not yet. Okay, I didn't. There was just some awkward silence there, so.
[10:11] Nina Earley: No, that's just me being remote and up since 4am today. Does anybody have any other financial or budget questions? I'm also thinking through if I have any other questions. Yeah, I don't think I do until we know what exactly was approved. But that would be good to know for applying. I do believe that even if our grant budget stayed the same, because we know that the strategic plan budget got approved, that puts us at least 40,000 I think for operating budget. It might be higher than that, so let's confirm before we apply for anything else. But either way, definitely positive news. Thank you. All right, let's start with the committee reports. The grant committee obviously is connected to budget, but do you have anything else
[11:23] Jennifer Snow: you'd like to chat through? No, I think once we have the numbers, we'll go ahead and get scheduled for our next meeting, get our calendar set or what we'd like to apply for over the next year, and then start moving forward with collecting information for those applications above and beyond what we have gathered. That's
[11:50] Nina Earley: great, thank you. Ultra Asset Committee, you're about to have more work about that. Do you have any updates so far? I'm guessing you haven't met. We were
[12:04] Kelly Chenot: waiting for the budget to really actually get started, waiting for things. Yeah, but clearly things are going to ramp up and there'll be some important decisions made in the near future. Yeah,, exactly, cool.
[12:22] Nina Earley: All right, Artover Committee.
[12:25] Sundance Campbell: Yeah, so we met, I think last week, we got our planning started in earnest. We spent a little time talking about last year and the previous years, kind of came to a group consensus that we're very happy with the structure of what's happening and just want to continue that, maybe add some tweaks here or there, but fundamentally not make any changes what we're doing. And we recognized that it seems each year we're getting even more and more nominees, maybe greater attendance at the event that awards the Art Award. However, still want to continue to focus some energy on amplifying the marketing and community messaging around things if we can. So we identified that as a bit of a goal. We, at our previous meeting, had a consensus around continuing to have the event where we hosted it last year, which was the Stage Door, which is a part of Penobscot Theatre Company. They can't do that on the 1st of October this year, which is a Thursday, happens to be a show night for them. It's more of a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday thing. And so it was our recommendation to the Cultural Commission that we have that on Wednesday the 7th, as opposed to trying to shoehorn that into a day that doesn't work or find a different venue. So I'll pause there to see if the, you know, if the commission itself has any feedback about having something on the 7th rather than on the first, which has been our date the last couple years. Anybody
[14:07] Kelly Chenot: else? Because I wrote in my notes the sex could be, I'm sorry, am I getting
[14:13] Sundance Campbell: the date wrong? It would be the following Wednesdays at the six, nine months to seven.
[14:19] Kelly Chenot: Yeah, all right, sorry. It's all right, that's all right. It felt
[14:26] Sundance Campbell: like that, you know, the date then was a little bit arbitrary, right? I mean, there's no real strong value to having it literally on the first, just in kind of that beginning part of the month. I think we also noted that the Sidewalk Arts Festival would be, you know, that weekend leading up to the Wednesday event, and maybe one other thing happening in town, so just seemed like a nice kickoff anyway to the month by, you know, with the art festival being on. I think that falls on like what, the third or something like that. All right, so we'll continue in that direction. We also talked about wanting to identify, you know, a few things a little earlier than last year. Last year is my first year's chair, and though Nina and Holly really gift wrap the whole package, you know, a few things we're a little late in the process coming together. One of those things is we want to start to identify a, you know, five member jury, you know, the sixth being a member of this committee, but that's a non-voting member, so you know, one of those people would come from Bangor Beautiful as a previous year's winner, but looking for the committee is happy to, you know, source and vet jurors, but the more the merrier. So if anyone now or over the course of the next three weeks has names they'd like to submit to be jurors to determine this year's winner, that'd be great, coming from the whole committee.
[15:46] Nina Earley: In the past, I think we've had a total odd number of jurors, and I wonder if we should aim for that so that there could be a tie break in case they all go in two different directions. Did you all discuss that as a kind of total juror number?
[16:04] Sundance Campbell: We did, and so tell me if I'm wrong, Nina, but like the person who represents the commission is a non-voting member, is that right?
[16:15] Nina Earley: I don't think so, no. Okay, the committee chair is there just to oversee as a non-voting member.
[16:22] Kelly Chenot: Okay, is that right? You were there last year. I couldn't remember. I was there, but I can't remember if I voted or if my vote was a, was a counting vote. I don't think it was necessary, sorry, because it was pretty unanimous, right? Which is likely the case, I think. Yeah, I think we do have
[16:43] Nina Earley: a voting member from the commission so that there's some, there's a commission voice in the
[16:48] Sundance Campbell: room okay so as subcommittee chair i'm there as a non-voting person to help keep things organized yeah so we want that number to be odd we recognize the importance that we just missed a little nuance about who sat on it so it'll still be five members right so somebody from the commission the previous winner and then hopefully three more yeah so if people have thoughts now or you want to share thoughts later about some people we could talk to about that
[17:17] Nina Earley: that'd be great. Let's spend a few minutes on that if anybody does have any names to throw in the ring, because we've got plenty of time in our agenda. Bangor Beautiful, obviously I think everybody is familiar, is a mural beautification organization, so they lean more in the visual arts. We do often try to balance the disciplines. Does anybody have ideas for who we could ask?
[17:49] Kelly Chenot: Can we ask Holly? She's a former committeewoman.
[17:54] Nina Earley: Yes, I think we can ask Holly.
[17:57] Kelly Chenot: She's right here. If she has time, I know she's busy. Yeah.
[18:03] Nina Earley: Actually, great idea. Any other ideas? Does anybody know someone in music? Someone in theater?
[18:18] Sundance Campbell: You know, I could find someone on the theater side easy enough, I just haven't really thought about it.
[18:23] Jennifer Snow: Yeah. Yeah, I think that would be the same for me. There's plenty of people that I could think of just off the top of my head and without having like, I think it would be helpful to know who's been on it in the past so that maybe we're not duplicating or if we're okay with duplicating that we at least know that.
[18:47] Nina Earley: Yeah. I would rather not duplicate if we can. I know we're a small town, it's a small community, but also we've only done this for a handful of years and there's lots of people who are involved in the arts that I bet we don't have to duplicate yet. We do have a list and I think I can send the link around later today. It's, we have a great spreadsheet that Sam put together for outreach, so I think some of you already have the link. You might need to dig in your inboxes, but I'll find it and I'll send it around again. But there's a tab on there that has all the past nominees as well as the past jurors for the whole year, all years except for the first year. So I think we could, you're all can take a look at that and then we can follow up with some other names so that you can work on outreach. Sentence that
[19:46] Sundance Campbell: sounds good, so maybe I'll, once that's shared, I'll just send an email to make it easy with former jurors and people can chime in. Great, and you know, another thing that we want to get a little ahead of and we'll start to try to really solidified our next meeting, which will be in July, is, you know, determining what the physical award is. We had a good history of not just getting a plaque, nothing wrong with a plaque, but trying to find something more artistic. And we're going to, you know, vet some ideas old and new. So if anyone, you know, again, wants to provide some input, please send along ideas. Ben's already mentioned, you know, a nice person who works in glass. We've had a couple people in recent years that worked in wood and opened any ideas as long as they're reasonably affordable. We want the money going to the artist, not to the award, but you know, we want to be very nice
[20:42] Nina Earley: but not, you know, too expensive. The budget we'd agreed to in the past was a hundred dollars for the kind of additional gift because they do, the awardee also receives a thousand dollars. Cash, ostensibly, but it's a check from the city later.
[21:00] Sundance Campbell: Any ideas? You know, again, and the committee is more than happy to come up with ideas, vet ideas, just want to give the whole commission the opportunity to provide input if you want to. Yeah, great. Great. So again, it's something you're welcome to email about. And I'll remind people, we'll, we'll really try to make a decision on that. I think as we get towards the end of July, let's see, so Anne had brought up the idea, I think at the cultural commission meeting, of potentially having some funding to, you know, create some more of the banners that go around the city and that are on polls, with her belief that, you know, the ones we've had are starting to fade. Does anyone know whether that money exists, if that's something we can go forward with, or something we need to talk to Ann about. I
[21:55] Nina Earley: Would have to follow up with Ann about that.
[21:58] Sundance Campbell: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. So we'll check in on that because that leads to, you know, thought of whether or not we'd refresh any of the marketing pieces or any of the pieces we have. You know, there's some things that are easy. If we want to rework the map, you know, there might be some new things to add. There may be a thing or two to take away. But if the color scheme changes because all of our print materials match the color scheme of what the city puts out, if the if the colors if we're going to change the you know the things that go around the city we may you know of course change what happens you know with the things that we print and put on paper so that's an open question we'll get an answer from Ann on my memory's faulty but it feels like she maybe already knew that she had a pool of money for that I think that was the case. Looking, for the minutes that
[22:50] Kelly Chenot: They were thinking the city was talking about.
[22:57] Nina Earley: Sorry, can you repeat that slightly louder? I'm having an audio issue.
[23:02] Kelly Chenot: That was my impression. I believe that and brought it up that the city wanted to remove the banners because they were faking. So I think that's what I recall.
[23:10] Nina Earley: Call yeah I also think I remember that she said right it would come from the c the her budget so that's separate from our budget but I don't know exact numbers and I don't know if that still needs to go through approvals and what exactly the process is there either but and did say that she will be at the August meeting so we can definitely revisit that yeah so in the past the designer who did the map is someone local we hired. So depending on the number of changes, we may need to hire her for an hour or two of design work to make some changes, or if they're really minor, then we can handle that internally. But just a budget note also.
[24:02] Sundance Campbell: That sounds great. Thank you, Nina. So the last thing we were trying to work on and none of us happened to know, nor could I find it in Google Drive is just trying to remember the timeline for when we post a call for nominations Nina do you remember that above your head I do in the past few years we have
[24:22] Nina Earley: Launched it July 15th the latest and the deadline has been close to August 15th, which does cut it close. If I think if we could post it a week earlier and make the deadline a week earlier, given that today is the first, if there are no major edits needed on the form, that would really be ideal. If we could get it out next week, like right after the fourth, I think would be great, because then that gives us a little bit more time to pull together the jury and make a selection, and then if the gift is something that has to be specially engraved or marked in some way
[25:06] Kelly Chenot: then that gives you a bit more runway for that. I have to print it out, the nomination form information from last year, and it was, they were due September 7th.
[25:20] Nina Earley: Really? So that's what it said. Oh, we were very late last year then, so that's fine. I would prefer to do it earlier if we can, because right, if it's due in September, that gives us maybe a week for the jurors to meet, and we're very limited with them kind of pulling them together and finding time that works for everybody. If everybody's okay with the July 15th to August 15th, I know we've done them the past, that might have been two or three years ago, we could aim for that. Does anybody have concerns or other ideas? Definitely flexible, and thank you Kyle for having the form. Yeah, that sounds
[26:11] Sundance Campbell: right to me, Nina, and that maybe helps me remember why we're so last minute on so many things. I mean, if we did close nominations on the 7th, that gives you 21 days to do everything else, so if we back that up a month, that sounds great to me. Does
[26:27] Jennifer Snow: it look like a form that there's any major changes
[26:30] Kelly Chenot: Cal, that need to be done, made? I scan that, you can look at it. I don't, I don't think so, I mean
[26:36] Jennifer Snow: I think it's pretty general from what I remember looking at it last year. Yeah, we reviewed it in
[26:41] Sundance Campbell: committee and it really just needs dates and, you know, things changed to be 2026. We went through a pretty, you know, over a course of five or ten minutes, it's solid. There's no need to make any changes, just updated, so that'll be quick. I can get that out to Anne next week. Great, make sure
[26:58] Nina Earley: you include Kaylee in that email, and right, I think the Google form is the right format still. That seems to be working really well, it's pretty easy to use. Did anybody have thoughts? I know in the past we've discussed a few times how vague the form is on purpose, but does anybody have kind of specific feedback or thoughts or things you might want to change now that you're looking at the
[27:30] Sundance Campbell: Committee didn't, but if anyone on the commission wants to take a look at it, please let us know. Great.
[27:39] Kelly Chenot: There's some gray areas around whether people live and work in Bangor or not, and I think it was kind of nice that we could just play it by ear.
[27:53] Nina Earley: Yeah, especially for this, I like that gray area because there are people who might live and technically have a day job that isn't in Bangor city limits, but who have a significant impact on the arts in Bangor. And I feel pretty strongly that 's important to potentially recognize great area that works in our favor I think yeah no need to be
[28:24] Sundance Campbell: too pigeonholed so if people look at it and after this meeting you know have something you want to suggest we can you know we can take a look at it otherwise I think hey the form's been used essentially as is for at least two maybe three years no need to reinvent the wheel on something like that. It works. So that's really it to report from the committee. I'd say the one other thing as I close this out, I'm glad to take questions is, you know, we recognize that a few people have indicated that they'd like to be involved. They just couldn't do a Friday nine o'clock meeting. And so, you know, we're going to, we intend to meet on the week of July 20th, you know, the preferences for morning meeting, but we also want to try to find a way to open it up to people that are missing the opportunity they want to be involved anybody in the room amongst those that want to participate but just couldn't make those meetings
[29:19] Nina Earley: Me okay but my schedule is you know sometimes flexible and sometimes not so don't schedule things around my need i feel like i can give my input anytime yeah
[29:32] Kelly Chenot: If I can interject one little thing. I'm remembering one of the awkwardnesses in reading the nomination forms is some people didn't understand that they needed to flush it out a little bit. So some of them were like one sentence, and then some of them were three pages. I wonder if there should be a little bit more direction in recommending for the nominators to provide a little more information.
[30:06] Nina Earley: I think there are a couple of ways we could do that. And I know we have also talked about that in the past, and we sort of have left it as is because part of it is the quality of the nomination, but you're right. Maybe we shouldn't punish a nominee for the writing skills if they're a nominator. We could take a previous example that the committee thinks is a good example of a nomination. We have all the previous forms and the field information. So we could take one of those, anonymize it, and put it in as an example. Or we could adjust the language so that we have a minimum suggested length of the blurb piece, that kind of narrative. Any thoughts on either of those?
[31:11] Kelly Chenot: It seems to me just in some directions, minimal directions, we could suggest things that should be included as part of the description. Okay. I don't know. That's just my opinion.
[31:29] Nina Earley: Would you like to take a stab at writing those?
[31:35] Kelly Chenot: Here it says maximum 400 words but wonder if we're just by adding a minimum we would solve that.
[31:48] Nina Earley: it could i mean i also i'm totally on board with make like giving suggestions within the question
[31:59] Kelly Chenot: like i'm
[32:03] Sundance Campbell: not gonna have the words tonight what i'm happy to take a stab at something and send it out to the committee and cal you can take a look and you know you can take a look
[32:13] Nina Earley: Yeah. That sounds great. Thank you.
[32:18] Sundance Campbell: Absolutely. I think that concludes really the activities of that committee. Any questions?
[32:26] Nina Earley: Just out of curiosity, is there like an average amount of applications that you see come in for this? Has it really fluctuated year to year? Yeah, happy to take this one. It's grown a lot so we're in our fifth year if i remember correctly and the last two years i think last year we got maybe 25 and the year before that it was close to 20 nominations the year before that was maybe 10 and before that was much lower so it's grown pretty significantly and i'm hoping we can keep increasing it there's also a lot of repeats so some people share it and then their friends nominate them and we have kind of people who get nominated multiple times but i think the last couple years was maybe between 17 and 20 ish unique individual people who were nominated and so a few more entries that's awesome
[33:33] Jennifer Snow: so i know we'll be when we put out the new application we'll be updating for the 2026 awards but the 2025 winner is not listed on our website so we'll just want to make sure that gets
[33:47] Nina Earley: Added in there as well for the next meeting. To the, oh, I might be breaking up. If you could just send the link to find the next meeting time to the whole commission again, that way anybody who wants to or can make the time is able to join. Great. All right, any other non budget related stuff updates? Daily. Nothing from me right now. I do appreciate your patience and apologize for the lag for getting some of those budget questions clarified, but like I noted, hopefully we can start getting some of that ball rolling via email so that way there's some time to brainstorm before the next meeting. That sounds great. All right, are there any other updates from any commissioners?
[34:42] Kelly Chenot: There's an art festival on July 11th. All right, where? Downtown Bangor. Great. Summer. Yeah, the
[34:57] Nina Earley: sidewalk art festival. I'm surprised I have not seen the ad for that. Usually I do. Thank
[35:04] Kelly Chenot: you for mentioning it. I haven't seen many advertisements either. Yeah, definitely on some social media because I saw it on there. Okay, I think downtown Bangalore was that on there?
[35:18] Nina Earley: Pretty sure. Great. I'm assuming this Friday is also First Friday. I, it's a sort of quasi holiday or observed holiday for the fourth, but I'm assuming they still do First Friday this Friday, but if anybody has questions about First Friday you can email Ben. Any other art happenings that you want to tell all of our listeners about? The steel pan group is coming back to West Market Square. I think starting next Thursday. Can you say that again, a little louder. The steel pan group is coming back to the West Market Square. Cool. Starting Thursday. Nice. From 630.
[36:10] Kelly Chenot: Awesome. Who could be a juror. So that's actually a good idea. Yeah, that's true. Yeah.
[36:19] Nina Earley: I also saw something on the Maine Arts Commission email. email. And I'm not going to be able to come up with the name, I'm going to have to follow up with it at the end of the month, they're doing these. It has a pithy alliterative name, but it's like a meet and talk, like food fest, not festival, but like a potluck meetup, where you meet people and have conversations. And one of them is happening in Bangor and West Market Square, I think July 27th. But I bet the main Arts Commission website will have more information if anybody's interested in that. All right. In years past, we have skipped, canceled one of the summer meetings. Given the momentum, given the budget updates, given that Anne wants to come talk about the strategy plan, I would recommend that we don't do that. Obviously, if people are traveling and can't join or have to join remotely. That is fine. But I think I would like to keep the August meeting on our schedule. [Kelly Chenot: Great. All right.] Last call. Yes. One staff update. In the emailed meeting packet, there was a little bit of an update from the Bangor Symphony Orchestra, who had part of the grant award. So they just kind of shared a bit of their story, shared some photos as well. I have it printed if anyone wants to take a look or if it would be helpful for me to read out like their one pager. I don't know if anyone had a chance to take a look or if I should everyone who gets a grant is expected to do a report after.
[38:15] Jennifer Snow: So yeah, that's what that was. Yeah, it was from their November 2025 grant that they received.
[38:22] Kelly Chenot: I know somebody that went to the performance at Hassan and really enjoyed it. So great. Yeah, that's great.
[38:31] Nina Earley: Yeah, in years past we don't always receive the end reports in our pockets. And I think maybe we asked to see them, so as they come in, I think that would be great to always include. Always happy to read them, especially if they include photos, and I think that will also help us with, you know, reporting and budget requests in future years. The more data we have
[38:54] Jennifer Snow: the more information we have the better. Yeah, I think it's nice to see it right when it comes in, but then we'll probably also want a refresher when we come back to our next grant cycle, for instance, when they apply for their next grant, just to make sure that we've followed up and that we've gotten all of the documentation from them after the fact. So we'll probably ask to see it again, but it's really nice to see it when it first comes in too.
[39:23] Nina Earley: Yeah, that's a good call. Actually, Kaylee, do you have access to the shared Google? Probably not Google. It's probably SharePoint or something else. Folder that Sarah set up that we all have access to. Great. If you could make a folder in there of just grant reports, I think that would be awesome. Then also we can reference them as we maybe apply for grants. And kind of just having that documentation easily accessible would be great
[39:55] Jennifer Snow: Yeah, it probably wouldn't hurt to send the link for that out to the committee as well. I don't know if the new people that have joined us this year, I think that they have it.
[40:09] Nina Earley: But just make sure that everyone has it. Yeah, good, definitely good call. And if you don't, Kaylee, then I can find it. I have it somewhere. And that file that Sam had created that you were
[40:24] Jennifer Snow: talking about earlier all the past recipients i found it in the email i think that 's also in that sharepoint drive yeah but getting that out to everybody again would probably be highlighting that specific file since we were talking about it today would be good
[40:44] Kelly Chenot: Yeah, and
[40:48] Nina Earley: just kind of on the note of grant recipients, Ann and I were discussing maybe next time we like touch base with them if they have any updates they're comfortable being shared on the city social media, just kind of to do some highlight call outs would be a nice touch too.
[41:04] Jennifer Snow: That's a great idea. Yeah, all
[41:11] Nina Earley: right, lots of good things happening. I'm very excited about what this next year will bring. All right, on that note, unless there are final thoughts, I will officially adjourn the meeting. Thank you everybody. Thank you. Thank you. Safe travels. Thank
